- 6 large eggs
- 2 small tomatoes
- 300 grams button mushrooms
- butter for cooking
- 1/2 tsp rock salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Cook the eggs to your preference
- Saute the mushrooms in butter. Season generously both with salt and pepper
- Cook the tomatoes in the butter from the mushrooms until soft. Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve warm with toasted soft rolls.
