Ingredients

eggs

tomatoes
300
grams
button mushrooms
butter
for cooking
1/2
tsp
rock salt
1/4
tsp
black pepper
Instructions
Cook the eggs to your preference
Saute the mushrooms in butter. Season generously both with salt and pepper
Cook the tomatoes in the butter from the mushrooms until soft. Season with salt and pepper.
Serve warm with toasted soft rolls.
