- 4 medium jacket potatoes
- 200 grams sour cream full fat
- 100 grams cheese grated
- 1 large shallot thinly sliced
- butter to taste
Ingredients

- Cover the jacket potatoes in aluminium foil and place into a pre-heated oven (180 degrees Celsius) for 20-30 minutes or until they are completely cooked through and soft
- While the potatoes are cooking, grate the cheese and thinly slice the shallots
- Once the potatoes are cooked cut into quarters (not the whole way through) and fill with butter, sour cream, cheese and shallots.
