- Season the steak with garlic, salt and pepper. Cook to taste
- While the steak is cooking, steam potatoes for about 20 minutes or until tender. Drain and then return to pan.
- Reduce to a low heat and add butter and cream and mash until smooth. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve the steak with the mash and seasonal veggies.
