Ingredients

steak

garlic

potatoes
peeled, roughly cubed

butter

cream

rock salt
to taste

black pepper
to taste
Instructions
Season the steak with garlic, salt and pepper. Cook to taste
While the steak is cooking, steam potatoes for about 20 minutes or until tender. Drain and then return to pan.
Reduce to a low heat and add butter and cream and mash until smooth. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Serve the steak with the mash and seasonal veggies.
