- 150 ml milk non-homogenised is best
- 50 ml cream
- 200 ml coconut cream full fat
- 1 tbsp raw cacao
- 1/4 tsp rock salt
- 1 tbsp almond butter or other Nut Butter
- 1/2 tsp vanilla essence optional
- 1/4 cup frozen berries optional
- 30 grams protein powder optional, for a fuller meal!
Ingredients

- Throw all of the above ingredients into a blender and whizz until thoroughly combined (no lumps).
- Pour into a glass of ice and enjoy straight away!
