- 200 grams nuts of your choice I suggest macadamias and walnuts
- 1 tbsp almond meal
- 1 tbsp cacao powder
- 250 grams blueberries fresh
- 300 ml cream
- 1 tbsp cacao powder to taste
Ingredients
Cacao Cream

- Put the nuts, almond meal and cacao powder in a food processor and blitz until they make a crumb.
- Spoon the crumb into the bottom of empty glass jars.
- Cover the nut crumb with fresh blueberries.
- To make the cacao cream, put fresh cream, to taste and cacao in the food processor and whip until soft peaks form.
- Spoon cream on top of the blueberries and serve
If you would like this sweeter, you can add a drizzle of honey, maple syrup or add some xylitol or stevia to the cream
