- 200 g butter
- 6 cloves garlic crushed
- chives
- Salt and pepper to taste

- Turn on the frypan to a low-medium heat
- Melt the butter then add the garlic
- Finely chop the chives and add to the butter mixture
- Add salt and pepper to taste
- Simmer for approximately 5 minutes.
- Serve with veggies or steak, chicken, fish etc.
