Ingredients
200
g
butter
6
cloves
garlic
crushed
chives
Salt and pepper
to taste
Instructions
Turn on the frypan to a low-medium heat
Melt the butter then add the garlic
Finely chop the chives and add to the butter mixture
Add salt and pepper to taste
Simmer for approximately 5 minutes.
Serve with veggies or steak, chicken, fish etc.
