- 1 Large Head of broccoli Cut into florets
- 2 Medium Lebanese cucumbers Cut roughly into large pieces
- 4-6 Roma tomatoes Roughly chopped
- 2 Medium Carrots Thinly sliced
- 1 Medium avocado
- 1 Block Feta of choice Diced or crumbled
- 1 Small handful Pumpkin seeds
- 1 Small handful sunflower seeds
- Cobram garlic infused olive oil (To taste)
- Salt and pepper To taste
Ingredients

- Lightly steam broccoli and set aside to cool
- Toss tomatoes, carrots and cucumber in a bowl
- Add in broccoli and toss
- Plate up mixtures and top avocado
- Add a denerous amount of feta and seeds on top
- Drizzle a good amount of infused oil on top and add salt and pepper to taste
