Cut into florets

Cut roughly into large pieces

Roughly chopped

Thinly sliced

avocado

Feta of choice
Diced or crumbled

Small handful
Pumpkin seeds

sunflower seeds
Cobram garlic infused olive oil
(To taste)
Salt and pepper
To taste
Instructions
Lightly steam broccoli and set aside to cool
Toss tomatoes, carrots and cucumber in a bowl
Add in broccoli and toss
Plate up mixtures and top avocado
Add a denerous amount of feta and seeds on top
Drizzle a good amount of infused oil on top and add salt and pepper to taste
