Instructions
  1. Lightly steam broccoli and set aside to cool
  2. Toss tomatoes, carrots and cucumber in a bowl
  3. Add in broccoli and toss
  4. Plate up mixtures and top avocado
  5. Add a denerous amount of feta and seeds on top
  6. Drizzle a good amount of infused oil on top and add salt and pepper to taste
