Instructions
Whisk the eggs and cream with a fork
Grate the cheese and and it to the egg mix. Stir to combine
Season with salt and pepper
Heat the butter in a non-stick saucepan over a medium heat
Add the egg mixture and cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes or until cooked through
