- 1 tbsp natural peanut butter
- 1/2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 160 ml whole milk or your milk of choice
- 1 scoop natural whey protein isolate
- Put all the ingredients into the blender and blend until fine consistency
- If the smoothie is too thick, add some more water or milk until you reach the desired consistency
For some extra protein, add some plain whey protein to the smoothie.
