Ingredients

cucumber

olive oil

plain Greek yoghurt

garlic

rock salt

black pepper

lemon juice, fresh
to taste
Instructions
Cut up the cucumber into small pieces and season with salt.
Let sit for 10–15 minutes and then squeeze out the liquid.
Mix yoghurt and oil. Stir for a while to make it blend (or use a stick blender).
Add garlic, cucumber and salt. Add lemon and pepper to taste. Let tzatziki rest in fridge for a few hours.
