- 2 large eggs
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1/4 tsp rock salt
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp curry powder I use Keens
Ingredients

- Place the eggs in a small pot of boiling and water and cook the eggs until the yolk is hard.
- Peel the eggs and then mash them in a bowl with the mayonnaise, salt, pepper and curry powder.
- Serve on top of our soft bread rolls.
