Naomi is a PhD Candidate completing her doctoral degree in exercise and nutrition science at The University of Queensland. She is investigating a range of topics around the benefit of high intensity training for improving cognitive (thinking/memory) outcomes in people with mild cognitive impairment.
Naomi an accredited exercise physiologist, exercise scientist and university qualified nutritionist. She is also a teacher, business owner and busy mum to four incredible children.
