Mindset Tasks
People fail at changing their life, not because they are incapable, but because they lack the strength, resilience and discipline to do the work that is needed for the time that is needed. During the Reset course, you will be given opportunities to complete tasks to help hone these skills.
Goal Setting Activities
Most people do not achieve their goals because a) they have not clearly defined them and b) they have not developed an action plan on how to achieve them. During the Reset course, you will be given opportunities to complete goal setting tasks that are meaningful and realistic.
Coaching
You will be coached by Naomi and assisted in making the changes needed so that you can change your own life!
Education Series
