Tzatziki
  1. Cube the cucumber for the tzatziki. Strain off any extra water and sprinkle with salt.
  2. Let sit for 10–15 minutes and then squeeze out the extra liquid.
  3. Mix yoghurt and oil. Stir for a while to make it blend.
  4. Add garlic, cucumber and salt. Add lemon and pepper to taste. Let tzatziki rest in fridge.
Zucchini patties
  1. Grate the zucchini, strain and sprinkle with salt.
  2. Let sit for 10–15 minutes and then squeeze out the liquid.
  3. Steam the lentils until soft then mix the zucchini with the rest of the ingredients in a bowl and let sit for 5 minutes.
  4. Form patties and fry in butter until golden brown on both sides.
