- 75 grams blueberries approx a handful
- 70 grams plain Greek yoghurt
- 1/4 cup raw macadamia nuts
Ingredients

- Put macadamias in a food processor and blitz for a few seconds until you have a rough crumb
- Put your yoghurt in a bowl
- Place the blueberries over the top of the yoghurt
- Sprinkle the macadamias over the top
If you find that this is not sweet enough, you drizzle 1 tsp of raw honey over the top
