- 100 grams Mushrooms sliced
- 4 slices swiss cheese
- 1/2 large avocado
- 1/4 tsp rock salt to taste
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 15 g butter
- soft rolls see the Soft "Bread" Rolls recipe
Ingredients

- Cut your soft roll in half
- Butter both sides generously then place mushrooms, avocado and swiss cheese on top
- Cook under the grill until the cheese has melted and the roll is slightly toasted
