- 250 grams large fresh strawberries
- 150 grams heavy whipping cream
- 1 tsp vanilla essence

- Add the vanilla essence to the cream and whip until soft peaks form
- Slice the strawberries and place in a bowl
- Cover the strawberries with the whipped cream

You could also add some extra dark choc chips or chocolate shavings. You can use double dollop cream instead of whipping cream.
