Ingredients

pumpkin

stock

onion – brown
diced

potato

cream

butter

rock salt

black pepper
Instructions
Cut the pumpkin and potato into large cubes
Melt a large knob of butter in a large pot over a medium heat and sauté the onions until translucent.
Add the potato, pumpkin and stock and cook until soft and the liquid has reduced.
Blend with a stick blender adding in the cream as you go.
Season with salt and pepper.
