- 2 tbsp natural peanut butter
- 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 180 ml full cream milk
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1 scoop whey protein powder plain

- Put all ingredients into a blender and blitz until a creamy consistency has been achieved.
The full cream milk can be substituted for any milk of choice.
The sugar can also be substituted for an alternative sweetener.
