- 3 medium potatoes
- 30 ml cooking cream
- 30 g butter
- 2 tsp rock salt
- 1 tsp cracked pepper
Ingredients

- Steam the potatoes until they are soft and just falling apart.
- With a blitzer, blitz the potatoes with the butter, cream, salt and pepper.
- Serve warm.
Add more or less cream and butter to taste.
