- 1/2 cucumber peeled seeded, finely grated and strained
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 cup plain Greek yoghurt
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1 tbsp lemon juice, fresh
- 1 tbsp fresh dill chopped
- 5 leaves fresh mint finely chopped (optional)
- Salt and pepper for seasoning
- 500 grams chicken mince
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 handful spring onion chopped
- 1 egg
- 1 onion, small finely chopped
- white pepper a dash
- 1 head lettuce (of your choice)
- 3 tomatoes (sliced)
- 6 olives (per person)
- cucumber sliced
- feta cheese chunks

- Mix all your ingredients together and let it chill in the fridge.
- Place the mince in a large bowl and mix in the rest of the ingredients.
- Wet your hands and form golf ball size chicken meatballs. Shape into patties and rest on a layer of cling wrap or a silicon mat.
- Heat a little olive oil in a frying pan and fry your patties on both sides until golden brown and cooked through.
- Place all your vegetables on your place, add your chicken patties, feta cheese and olives and dress it up with some Tzatziki sauce.
