Instructions
Tzatziki
  1. Mix all your ingredients together and let it chill in the fridge.
Chicken Patties
  1. Place the mince in a large bowl and mix in the rest of the ingredients.
  2. Wet your hands and form golf ball size chicken meatballs. Shape into patties and rest on a layer of cling wrap or a silicon mat.
  3. Heat a little olive oil in a frying pan and fry your patties on both sides until golden brown and cooked through.
Complete The Meal
  1. Place all your vegetables on your place, add your chicken patties, feta cheese and olives and dress it up with some Tzatziki sauce.
