  1. Heat the butter on a moderate heat in a fry pan. Sautee the onions and garlic until translucent.
  2. Add the mince and completely cook through. Then add the remaining ingredients and simmer on the stove until the carrot and celery are soft (but not mushy).
  3. Season with salt and pepper to your preference.
  4. Serve the mince on sourdough or low carb bread with an egg on top.
