- 500 grams lean beef mince
- 1 small Onion diced
- 3 cloves garlic crushed
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 stalk celery thinly sliced
- 1 large carrot thinly sliced
- 1 large tomato diced
- 1 tbsp butter for cooking
- 1 tsp rock salt
- 1/2 tsp cracked pepper
Ingredients

- Heat the butter on a moderate heat in a fry pan. Sautee the onions and garlic until translucent.
- Add the mince and completely cook through. Then add the remaining ingredients and simmer on the stove until the carrot and celery are soft (but not mushy).
- Season with salt and pepper to your preference.
- Serve the mince on sourdough or low carb bread with an egg on top.
