- 1/3 cup coconut milk (100 ml)
- 2/3 cup water (150 ml)
- 1 tbsp lime juice more or less to taste
- 40 grams frozen spinach
- 2 tsp ginger grated
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds

- Mix together all ingredients. Start with 1 tablespoon lime and increase the amount to taste.
- Sprinkle with some grated ginger.
