- 1 can coconut cream ~400g
- 300 ml cream
- 1 tbsp vanilla essence
- 3 tbsp raw honey
- 1 punnet strawberries
- 1 punnet blueberries
Ingredients

- Blitz the coconut cream, cream, vanilla essence and honey in a food processor.
- Add the berries and blitz until there are small chunks of berries throughout.
- Pour into a container and freeze
- Once frozen, enjoy with some fresh blueberries on top
For an ice-cream texture, continue to stir the mixture util completely frozen or use an ice-cream maker.
