Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180C
In a food processor, blitz the cauliflower florets piece by piece until it is a rice-like consistency
Line a baking tray with baking paper and evenly spread out the rice (you will need more than one tray)
Drizzle the oil over the cauliflower and season with salt and pepper
Bake for approximately 30 minutes, or until the moisture has been reduced from the rice and it is slightly golden
