- 500 grams cauliflower
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tbsp Salt
- 1/2 tbsp cracked pepper
Ingredients

- Preheat the oven to 180C
- In a food processor, blitz the cauliflower florets piece by piece until it is a rice-like consistency
- Line a baking tray with baking paper and evenly spread out the rice (you will need more than one tray)
- Drizzle the oil over the cauliflower and season with salt and pepper
- Bake for approximately 30 minutes, or until the moisture has been reduced from the rice and it is slightly golden
