Instructions
Clean cauliflower head and cut into pieces.
Peel carrots and chop into small pieces.
Steam the cauliflower and the carrots for about 10 minutes with salt until they are soft.
Drain the vegetables from water and add crème fraîche, salt and pepper in the pot.
Mix it smooth with a hand held mixer until desired consistency is achieved.
