Chinese cabbage

butter

rock salt
Instructions
Heat butter in a pan.
While the butter is melting, chop the cabbage.
Place the cabbage in the pan and season with salt and pepper.
Place the lid on the pan until the cabbage has softened.
Cook the cabbage until it is slightly golden.
Enjoy warm with a piece of fish or steak.

You can get creative with the cabbage and add bacon, chillies, mince or anything really.
