- 1/2 head Chinese cabbage
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tsp rock salt
Ingredients

- Heat butter in a pan.
- While the butter is melting, chop the cabbage.
- Place the cabbage in the pan and season with salt and pepper.
- Place the lid on the pan until the cabbage has softened.
- Cook the cabbage until it is slightly golden.
- Enjoy warm with a piece of fish or steak.
You can get creative with the cabbage and add bacon, chillies, mince or anything really.
