spinach leaves

poppy seeds or sesame seeds

Instructions
Slice the chicken breast into strips and cover liberally with garlic, paprika, salt & pepper.
Turn on a fry pan and melt the butter then cook the chicken strips.
While the chicken is cooking, add all ingredients except leaves and seeds to a bowl, toss.
Plate up the mixture and chicken over leaves, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
