- 400 grams chicken breast
- 250 grams tomatoes
- 1 large avocado
- 100 grams cucumber
- 250 grams baby bocconcini
- 200 grams spinach leaves
- 50 grams poppy seeds or sesame seeds
- 30 grams fresh basil
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp butter cooking
- 2 tsp paprika

- Slice the chicken breast into strips and cover liberally with garlic, paprika, salt & pepper.
- Turn on a fry pan and melt the butter then cook the chicken strips.
- While the chicken is cooking, add all ingredients except leaves and seeds to a bowl, toss.
- Plate up the mixture and chicken over leaves, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
