Instructions
  1. Separate the eggs into yolks and whites. Whisk the egg whites until soft peaks have formed.
  2. Add the banana, egg yolks and remaining ingredients to a bowl and mix until a smooth batter forms.
  3. Fold in the egg whites a bit at a time, making sure each section is fully mixed before adding any more egg whites.
  4. Heat the fry pan to a medium heat and melt the butter in the pan. Place spoonfuls of mixture into the pan and flip when bubbles form on the surface.
  5. Serve with berries and cream or butter and a drizzle of maple syrup.
Recipe Notes

These pancakes work really well without the oats and the protein powder and can be left out. The addition of these ingredients helps keep little bellies fuller for longer.
