Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees and grease a 9″ x 5″ loaf pan.
Put the oats into a food processor and blitz until a flour consistency is achieved. Add the bicarb soda, salt, cinnamon and protein powder and blitz again.
Add the banana, milk, eggs and butter and mix until all the ingredients are completely combined.
Taste the mixture and if not sweet enough, add the maple syrup.
Spoon the mixture into the loaf pan and cook for 50 minutes or until completely cooked through.
Serve with butter or fresh whipped cream and berries.
