Ingredients

approx 4 rashers

tomatoes

button mushrooms

butter
cooking

rock salt

black pepper
Instructions
Fry up the bacon and eggs to your preference
Cook the tomatoes in the bacon fat until soft
Saute the mushrooms in the butter whilst the tomatoes are cooking, Season generously both with salt and pepper
