Nutrition Calculations, Advice & Sample Meal Plans
Naomi is able to calculate your macro and calorie requirements and also educate you on general nutrition principles. She can offer you advice around meal spacing, supplements and different dietary patterns.
Naomi can also help you determine your current maintenance calories and whether or not you could benefit from a reverse diet. This would be suited to people struggling to lose weight or in a plateau and currently following low calorie diets.
Once your calories and macros have been calculated, Naomi can show you what this looks like on a single day. The sample single day meal plan can then be used to help you figure out the rest of your week.
Tailored Exercise Programming & Prescription
If you require a structured, evidence-based exercise program, Naomi can provide this for you. She can also provide advice around training frequency, exercise heart rates and which form of exercise will give you the benefits you’re looking for.
