Our exercise prescription services are designed to deliver safe, effective, and science-backed training programs tailored to your individual needs. Chronic Disease Management

We also provide comprehensive chronic disease management services that integrate exercise, nutrition, and lifestyle strategies to support long-term health outcomes. Our recommendations are grounded in the latest clinical evidence and tailored to individuals living with conditions such as mild cognitive impairment, dementia, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, obesity, and metabolic syndrome. We focus on empowering clients through education, personalised care plans, and ongoing support to improve quality of life and reduce disease risk.

Treatment Specialties

Cognitive Health

Cognitive decline doesn’t begin in older age—up to 40% of dementia risk is linked to factors that emerge in midlife, making prevention absolutely critical. The encouraging news is that targeted exercise, strength training, nutrition and cognitive stimulation can meaningfully improve brain function and reduce long-term risk. Our cognitive services are designed specifically for midlife adults who want to take control early. Using evidence-based assessment and personalised lifestyle programming, we help you build cognitive resilience, enhance daily performance and protect your brain for the decades ahead.

Obesity

Obesity is a complex, chronic medical condition that is often resistant to traditional interventions and carries a very high relapse rate. Effective, long-term management requires empathy, evidence-based education and a personalised, multi-strategy approach. If you’re ready for support that truly understands the challenges of weight management, get in touch today to see how we can help.

Diabetes

Type 2 diabetes is the fastest growing chronic illness in Australia with a new diagnosis occurring every 5 minutes. Diabetes is a serious condition with devastating consequences if not well managed. Fortunately, research has shown that food and exercise interventions are not only effective, but risk and low cost. Contact us today to find out more.

Cardiovascular Disease

Cardiovascular disease is the leading cause of death worldwide—and in many cases, a largely preventable one. Decades of research show that regular exercise, improved fitness, and a heart-healthy diet can significantly reduce risk and support long-term health. If you’re looking for evidence-based strategies to manage or prevent cardiovascular disease, get in touch today to see how we can help.

Women's Health

Naomi specialises in exercise and nutrition programming tailored specifically to the female physiology. Her approach considers hormonal changes across the lifespan, unique metabolic and recovery needs, and evidence-based strategies that optimise strength, performance, body composition and long-term health in women.
